Hi, I have just learnt how to knit CO, Knit/purl and rib with the help of my mum and the Stitch and Bitch book. I am currently working on a rib scarf (Blimey knitting is slow in comparison to crochet!). I really want to move beyond the scarf thing - could I come to the meetings and get help - I learn very quickly! Or are you professional types, who dont want to be slowed down by a learner driver!!

I think our group is at all levels…I find it inspirational to see the advanced knitters, and I also enjoy seeing progress made by people at the beginner level. (I still consider myself a beginner, because I still do very basic projects)
I’m sure you will feel comfortable with this group!
