What is Cafe on the Rails?
It is a Gallery/Cafe run by Akim-Jerusalem Residents who are people with mental disabilities. From my point of view, it is a quiet cafe' which allows us to hold our meetings, and doesn't expect us to eat and leave. During the summer months they have an outdoor seating area (which has okay lighting, but not the greatest).

How to get to Cafe on the Rails?
From Emek Refaim, go behind Burger Ranch and cross the railroad tracks. Make a right turn on to Rechov HaRakevet and a few meters up you will see a Handicapped Parking spot...behind it is a new neon sign which has the number "29". Press the button to be buzzed in.
