Hey everyone, I find the blog to be nice, but very one-dimensional….I’ve set up a “social network” for Israeli crafters. If you would like to participate, please head over to Israeli Crafters.
It is still in it’s infancy, but all of you are welcome to make is shine.
Yael passed this on to me and I thought I should share it with the larger group.
I admit my Hebrew isn’t the best, but come to: Hebrew Schedule to see the schedule in Hebrew. If anyone wants to give me some tips to make the Hebrew look better, or sound better, please do!
Despite a low turnout, the Tuesday meeting went well. We met in the Lobby/Cafe of the Sheraton Hotel (across from the Great Synagogue). It was busy, and a bit noisy, but we were left alone, and the lighting was great.
The next meeting will be: December 13th from 8PM-10PM.
Please let me know your feelings about a Hanukkah meeting. I think we will all be too busy.
The University group is meeting on Wednesdays and the next two meetings will be:
December 7th from 12:15-13:00 and December 21 at the same time. The location is the Humanities building (Madaei HaRuach) in the seats between section 5-6 (gush 5-6)
UPDATE: The next downtown meeting (Dec 13) will be at the Sheraton Plaza Hotel. Sorry I wasn’t clearer.
Some publicity this week from Haaretz Anglo-File
